Jamil first started in sports at the age of seven, participating in Tae-Kwon-Do. He achieved the level of black belt at eleven years old. During this time he represented England on many occasions on the competitive circuit. His bodybuilding journey started when he was sixteen years old at a starting weight of 55kg. Jamil managed to gain 45kg of muscle on his small frame, and since then has won three national title and won international title. Twenty seven years into his journey he is now a IFBB Classic Physique professional athlete.

Kristy first started working out at fifteen years of age. Since then she has competed in twenty five bodybuilding shows, in the shape and figure categories. Kristy has accomplished three national titles, including two overall national titles. She has gone on to represent New Zealand twice on the international circuit. She qualified for IFBB pro status in 2010, and since then has competed in five professional competitions. Kristy has also been working in the industry seventeen years, working with hundreds of clients.

Josh started his ‘fitness’ career back in high school while competing for New Zealand in fencing, he acquired multiple national and international titles throughout his career eventually stopping after leaving school. The last 5 years he has dedicated himself to his training in the gym, and after discovering a real passion for the science behind nutrition and training during his law degree, changed career path and pursued personal training full time since 2016. Since stepping foot in the gym for the first time, Josh has put on over 15kg of lean body mass, he has achieved this utilizing a combination of strength and hypertrophy-based training to allow for efficient, sustainable and balanced progress. Josh prides himself on a scientific, structured and sustainable approach to training, driven by consistent results, and allowing them to speak for themselves. Always striving to be up to date on the latest research in regards training and nutrition.

Kirsten participated in multiple sports in her youth including competitive swimming, netball, tennis and karate. She joined her first gym when she moved to Christchurch in her late teens, initially gravitating towards cardio type training.
In her mid-30s Kirsten decided she was ready for a new fitness challenge – competitive body sculpting! She enlisted Jamil from Physique Construction Co as coach for her first competition. This was the first of fifteen shows over the next eight years and during this time Kirsten won two national titles, numerous regional titles and achieved two top six finishes at the Arnold Classic Australia – one of the world's premier amateur bodybuilding events.
Kirsten's approach to healthy living is holistic. Nothing is ever in isolation – movement, food, sleep, emotions all need to balance so you can live your best!
