Having been involved in sports my whole life and competing at top levels in Ice Hockey and Baseball, I understand what it takes to get to the top of your game. The principles I learnt from this background can be applied to any form of training, not just sports, and influences how I approach training and coaching.
I believe in taking a tailored approach to everyone’s training, ensuring you get the most out of your workouts and achieve your goals faster.
I have a Certificate in High-Performance Sport and a Diploma in Sport and Fitness and have worked in the industry for a number of years, giving me a broad knowledge base that allows me to find the right solution for you.

Kristy first started working out at fifteen years of age. Since then she has competed in twenty five bodybuilding shows, in the shape and figure categories. Kristy has accomplished three national titles, including two overall national titles. She has gone on to represent New Zealand twice on the international circuit. She qualified for IFBB pro status in 2010, and since then has competed in five professional competitions. Kristy has also been working in the industry seventeen years, working with hundreds of clients.

From a young age, I was involved in sports playing my first rugby game
at 4 years old. I played many sports as a kid such as rugby, touch rugby, tennis, cricket, athletics and basketball. It wasn’t till I hit my teens that sports and training became a big focus for me. I made my first New Zealand team at the age of 15 making the NZu16 boys touch team. Some of my other sporting achievements was being selected in the junior Crusader's team in 2018 and then being selected to play in the youth trans-Tasman for the NZ U20 mixed touch team at the start of the year.
With all my sporting and coaching background, it has helped me a lot completing my level 4 certificate in exercise and my level 5 certificate in advanced health and fitness.
With a big sporting background, I am able to help athletes take their game to the next level.
My reason for being a P.T is to help other get to where they want to be in life whether its muscle gain, weight loss, injury/rehab, wanting to get in shape or just wanting to exercise to feel better.

I have always been interested in how the body moves and what we can do. From a young age I have been involved in many sports such as rugby, football, cricket, tennis, and hockey (up to a representative level), and now I am training in pole dancing.
As my interest in sports and exercise grew, I decided I wanted to increase my knowledge. I started my studies at the New Zealand Institute of Sport where I completed two diplomas in Sport and Exercise Science, from there I went on to complete my degree in Applied Science.
I have had a wide range of experience from training high-performance athletes to people with disabilities to the elderly which I believe helps me find the best exercise to suit not only your physical but also your mental needs.
